Printed Pins

Our custom printed pins have the logo stamped in full color and are manufactured from scratch in the shape of your logo, they are not your typical pre-made pins. They have the image printed directly on metal and include a protective resin enamel so that your logo is protected. They are photographic quality and support gradients and fades.

The main advantage of these pins is that by having the logo printed they can better capture small details since they do not need to work on reliefs.

Printing
We do a full color digital print of your logo, so you can use images with great detail. To make this type of pins we use the original image and print it directly on the metal. They also support blurring and we can modify any image by adding details.

Custom Shape of your Logo
The printed pins are in the shape of your logo. We can make the shape of the logo that they indicate to us since they are manufactured from scratch. It doesn’t matter if your logo has a rectangular shape or a complicated shape. The price is the same!

Printing on metal
The metal used is zamak, aluminum or iron, depending on the shape of the pin.

The color of the metal is visible on the back, but in some designs, customers ask us to also see it on the front. This can be by making a contour or leaving areas without printing. The finish can be gold and silver.

Printed Pins Size
Normally our clients ask us for pins with a printed logo between 15 and 25 millimeters. We recommend these sizes because if we make them smaller they will not have as much detail and if we make them larger they will not be as easy to carry and can be uncomfortable.

Protective Enamel on Printed Pins
The impression is direct on the metal and we protect it with a transparent protective enamel on top, also called protective resin. Produces an effect to the bulge pin.
